Our Warranty for Plants

90 days for potted or balled and burlaped trees, shrubs, perennials, roses, and evergreens hardy to USDA zone 7 or lower zones and planted in the ground.

Tree Farm Trees dug and planted during the dormant season.  Marked "Field" on your invoice. You have until June 1st of spring after they were planted.

If you have us install the plants for you, it will be one year from the time of the invoice. "Planting" is on the invoice as a line item for when you have us install your plants for you.

Limits of our warranty- We do not warranty annuals, hanging baskets, vegetable starts, plants potted into containers, and plants rated USDA zone 7 or above. Plants marked SVA are also not warrantied. We do not cover insects, disease, water, or care-related issues after the plant(s) leave our facility.

We are not liable for amounts greater than the purchase amount. We will replace the plant material once, no further recourse is offered or suggested after the replacement has been completed.
